This week our students had the opportunity to visit the Dana Brown Overnight Center at Shaw Nature Reserve for two days of exploration and relaxation. We joined the students of MAP St. Louis for courses in orienteering, winter ecology, and maple syrup production. Our students continue to work extremely hard in their studies of mathematics, language, humanities, and science and this trip was the perfect chance to unplug and reconnect with friends in a natural environment. While nature may move at a slower pace during the winter, the students certainly do not.
